WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * You successfully finished your Bachelor or Master studies of Business administration, psychology or in a similar field. * Your years of working experience in human resources, ideally in an e-commerce business, are the perfect foundation for your success at navabi. * Recruiting talent is one of your strengths and you have good knowledge of growth and change management. * First touch points of concepts, such as employee engagement, OKRs and pay systems are of advantage. * Very good knowledge of German and English, as well as excellent use of MS Office products and HR Tools complement your profile.
