YOUR PERSONNEL NAVABI MISSION As navabi apparel technical assistant (m / w / d) , you are responsible for keeping your team free in all matters, clarifying clothing-related issues with suppliers, and ensuring that all processes run smoothly. YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE * You take care of the preparation of the production documents for our suppliers. * You are responsible for the creation of technical drawings. * You take over the setting up of the dimension tables and the communication of these with our suppliers. * You take care of our products and monitor the quality of the products up to production release * You judge the fit and the style. * You take care of the material and color confirmation. * In our merchandise management system you create orders and orders * You take care of the supplier processing and communication. Occasionally this is the occasion of a supplier visit on site. * Even after the order, you always keep an eye on the adherence to the deadlines and thus ensure delivery of the styles to the planned date. * You are in constant contact with our buyers and merchandisers and, if necessary, contact our logistics team. * You also support the team in fittings of sample parts and make comments for the production. * Otherwise, you are a reliable helping hand for our purchasing team in all administrative and organizational matters.
YOU SHOULD BRING YOU * In any case, you should be an ambitious, curious person who is always on the lookout for new challenges; professionally but also personally! * You are able to act autonomously and to work autonomously; You are not afraid to try things out and to test them. * You are a lovely and empathetic person and a real team player. Clearly, for you to be able to give critical and honest feedback. * A completed clothing training or education in the trade is behind you. Maybe you have also completed a degree; but this is not a must! * You can ideally rely on experience in the fashion and clothing industry and practice with merchandise management systems. * The usual MS-Office programs master you with flying colors. * You can express yourself well in English both in writing and verbally. * In addition, you are characterized by a structured approach and work organization. * You are an absolute communication talent, at best in English and German. * And last but not least, you love what you do!
