YOUR PERSONAL NAVABI MISSION
As Buying assistent in our Own Labels Team (m/w/d) your mission will be to be the backbone of the team and to ensure a hassle-free flow of our Own Labels orders with our various suppliers.
YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE
In our order system you will place orders with our suppliers and ensure there are no mistakes
You are responsible for the supplier communication and to coordinate with them the timely delivery of ordered styles and to make sure all information for the production is provided.
Sometimes you will be needed onsite at our suppliers and support the buyers with order placements.
Also after ordering you keep an eye on the delivery timeline and make sure there are no delays
For this you are in regular contact with suppliers and our warehouse team
You will be part of Fitting-Meetings too and make sure to note all comments our suppliers will need to produce the styles.
Beside this you generally are the backbone of the team and support them with organizational and administrative support.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
A deep desire to constantly improve yourself both professionally, as well as personally through intentional learning. You strive to become your best version.
The ability to self-manage & think independently. We don’t want to hire someone who doesn’t want to own their own destiny and needs to constantly be told what to do.

WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
A successful administrative apprenticeship or studies in the field of economics or fashion might be a suitable background, but is not a must!
Ideally you already worked a while in the fashion/ retail industry in a similar role.
Perhaps you have had already some touchpoints with order management systems and you are generally an expert in working with a PC and using Microsoft Excel and Word for your daily job
You are structured and organized
You are a communication talent and ideally speak English fluent; German is a plus but not a must.
