10 years into our e-commerce retail journey, we are striving to realize our potential and to help our customers, who have been neglected by a whole market for far too long, to express herself.
We are sure we have the core ingredients:
a team driven to pursue excellence that respects and cares for one another
a strong growth and profitability path for our business model
one of the most loyal customer bases in e-commerce
We are very meticulous about finding the right people. If during the recruiting process we see a mutual fit, we will do our utmost best to create a position that you can call your dream job. We will invest in your development and our mission is to support navabistas (that’s what we call ourselves) to consciously become the best version of themselves.
YOUR PERSONAL MISSION AT NAVABI
As Merchandise Data Analyst (m/f/d) at navabi, you are on a mission to make sense of our customer data and derive the right e-commerce fashion strategy from it.
YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE
You read, detect, and predict patterns and developments from data.
You report and communicate your findings to navabi’s Head of Merchandise Planning and CMO, and give your strategic recommendations when it comes to “next time better” decisions.
You avoid out of stock situations, recognise trends, analyse merchandise groups and price levels, and give recommendations. You navigate markdowns and discounts, and keep revenues, stock and arrivals of goods balanced.
You partner up with the buying team and help them derive important assortment decisions and to use the full potential of navabi’s brand portfolio.
You enable navabi to make data-informed fashion strategy decisions.
Also, you are an important linchpin between our fashion and business intelligence team and help optimising analytics and reporting processes and tools.
WHAT EVERY NAVABISTA MUST BRING TO THE TABLE
A deep desire to constantly improve yourself both professionally as well as personally through intentional learning. You strive to become your best version.
The ability to self-manage & think independently. We don’t want to hire someone who doesn’t want to own their own destiny and needs to constantly be told what to do.
A kind and compassionate nature. Everyone is fighting a battle we don’t know anything about and we need people who are able to be compassionate despite challenges, while also being able to practice tough love when necessary. You generally spread fun at work!
A passion and deep love for what you are doing. As one of the cornerstones of our culture, we see this deep passion and love for what we do. This sets free the energy and drive we need to build navabi as a successful company and amazing workplace!
WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Large and diverse datasets may terrify others, but not you!
You have developed a strong understanding of statistics and an interest in e-commerce.
You have either academic or self-taught experience in cohort analysis, regression models, customer segmentation, or similar.
In addition to your strong analytical skillset, you bring a strategic mindset and knowledge of financial business KPIs to the table.
You like transforming complex information into clear recommendations and look for correlation and coherences.
You are confident with your opinion but will consider those of others.
You love changes and think dynamically and process-oriented.
You are challenged to differentiate interesting subjects from important ones.
You speak English fluently; German is a plus.
Last but not least, you love what you do!
