YOUR PERSONAL NAVABI MISSION
As Online Campaign Specialist (m/f) you are responsible for the digital shopping experience of our customers while driving revenue and profitability. By focusing on the promoted campaigns at navabi, you will give consumers a compelling reason to buy, make it easy for them to buy and drive conversion.
YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE
You develop and execute online promotion plans to react on our customer needs.
You take care of online merchandising by curating our wide range of assortment and presenting the right products to our campaign audiences.
Together with our fashion team you develop an in-depth understanding of seasonal assortments. You understand key investments to drive the business results.
Furthermore, you work with UX/Front-end team to optimize online navigation, search results and campaigns based on analytics and A/B testing.
You work hand in hand with the email marketing team, support them in their campaigns to increase conversion and develop a smooth consumer journey across her touchpoints.
In addition to the actual campaigning, your tasks also include success analysis and reporting.
Together with your colleagues from the BI team, you deep- dive into actual business results and support the further refinement of our segmentation model.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have an above-average degree in business administration and preferably have some work experience in e-commerce.
A strong interest in fashion and online merchandising.
You have good understanding of KPIs and know which ones to look for in reports
Online merchandising also requires analytical skills: You are hungry for numbers and know how to analyze data with Excel or other tools
First points of contact with business analytic tools are an advantage
You speak fluent English and preferably German, a third language would be great.
Last but not least: You love what you do!
