YOUR PERSONAL NAVABI MISSION
As Paid Digital Marketing Specialist (m/f/d) at navabi you will have the mission to set up and execute a marketing strategy across the various paid acquisition channels.
YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE
Within the navabi online marketing team, you will be the expert for all paid channels, such as PPC, Google Shopping, Facebook Ads, Display etc., and it is your responsibility to grow them internationally.
The continuous optimization of channel performance is the core of your role.
You will not only set the channel strategy together with our CMO, but also analyze and report performance of individual platforms and campaigns.
Especially in the area of Google Shopping, you will be able to optimize product feeds and boost performance.
Together with the retention team, you work to make sure we reach and satisfy loyal customers by bringing products they love to them.
You put systems in place to grow and measure navabi’s results compared to our mission.
You will align daily and weekly plans and update assigned budgets.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE

WHAT COULD BE VALUABLE EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
You have a strong track record in PPC and 3+ years of experience with either Google SEA, Facebook Display, or Google Display advertising. Also experience with Google Shopping, retargeting, and paid social advertising are desirable.
Ideally, you have worked in e-commerce or with e-commerce companies on agency side.
You have expert knowledge of Google Analytics and other digital measurement systems, ideally Qlik.
You have a good understanding of the customer lifecycle and it would be very useful if you already have knowledge of CRM, CRM systems, and marketing automation.
You are numerate and have the ability to understand budgets, preferably even to put budgets together.
You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to help a positive company grow further!
You are highly data driven; you establish and frequently report clear KPIs and are eager to try out new tools, services and platforms.
Fluent in English and German – French is a plus.
You have the ability to write well and knowing how to use Photoshop is a plus.
Frontend coding knowledge would be useful but is not essential.
