AUFGABEN-Beschreibung

 

YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE

  • Your mission is to keep the team and the CEOs in any organizational and administrative matters always the back.
  • You are in charge of the full appointment management and are always one step ahead when it comes to preparing your daily routine.
  • You also plan trips for the CEOs or sometimes for the team.   
  • You manage navabi contracts and take care of compliance issues, insurance and the like.
  • The office management for our offices in Aachen & London is your responsibility and you are an important contact for your colleagues.
  • Again and again, there are projects or research topics that have been worked out by you.
  • The administration of the mobile contracts and their continuous optimization are therefore in your area of ?? responsibility.   
  • As a good soul and right hand of the CEOs, so you support them in the private sector, if necessary.
  • The HR team is therefore pleased about your support in the area of ?? administration and contracting.

You enjoy relieving others and doing things. * You can rely on 100%! Discretion and loyalty are self-evident for you. * Last but not least, you enjoy what you do!
