YOUR PERSONAL NAVABI MISSION
Recruiting is one of the most important business functions, as the success of a company is all about the right people in the team:
As our Recruiter (m/f/d) at navabi it is your job to find the perfect candidate for an open position. You will take over the entire recruiting process, further optimize it and be the go-to person for the whole navabi team when it comes to recruiting.
YOUR NAVABI CHALLENGE
You are responsible for the planning and execution of the recruiting process including conducting interviews yourself together with the hiring teams.
You plan and coordinate the entire recruiting process and coach the navabi team in interviewing and personnel selection.
You keep up to date with recruiting trends and research the best selection methods on a regular basis.
You act as an interface between new employees and the team and ensure that the candidate experience throughout the process is amazing.
Job advertisements are designed by you and published online. Beside this you push your small team of interns and student workers to find creative sourcing channels and how to use them.
Of course, you will need to recruit hands-on key hires for the business and will ensure that navabi grows the team with the right people at the right time.
You work closely with your HR colleagues, especially when it comes to transferring a new employee from the recruiting phase to a professional onboarding to the team.

YOUR BACKGROUND * You can look back proudly on a successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar studies. * Your many years of experience in the human resources sector, ideally in an e-commerce company, form the perfect basis for your success at navabi. * You have a good feeling for people and a view for the bigger picture. * One of your strengths is recruiting the best personnel and you know your way around growth. * Very good German and English language skills as well as a secure handling of the MS Office package and HR tools complete your profile.
