Structure Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
- Development of structural concepts for satellites
- Definition of structural requirements
- Responsibility for the structural sizing, coordination and conduction of structural analyses, documentation and communication of results
- Definition and support of structural verification tests, including test specification, test prediction, test conductance and test evaluation
- Technical support for the system engineering in the domain of structural analysis
- Technical support or management of subcontractors
- Documentation
- Reviews
- Support of process, tools and methods development and maintenance
- Temporary or permanent other reasonable, comparable activity, which corresponds the qualification and skills
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with focus on Structural Engineering
- Experience in the development of satellite structures
- Knowledge of static, dynamic, acoustic and thermo-elastic analysis
- Knowledge and experience with structural analysis software
- Fluent in English reading and writing
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Organized, structured and target-oriented
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Business travel willingness
