Your prospective job:
For our renowned client Airbus Defence and Space at the location Taufkirchen you act as Python Development Engineer (m/f/d).
You will support the design center Telecom Navigation Processing Germany which specializes in high performance processing solutions for satellites. The research and development focus are satellite on-board processing applications, e.g. for future telecommunication or navigation payloads. The current position will support the on-going development of a Python test environment for the new generation of navigation on-board processor equipment.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop Python scripts within an existing test software environment
- Test the scripts on the existing test environment
- Generation of the technical documentation
- Support of the test campaign on the satellite product
Your profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, informatics, Software or Industrial Engineering or comparable
- Professional experience with Python programming
- Experience with Python development within a hardware test environment and the capability to transfer requirements and technical needs into a test application
- Good Knowledge of Python, MS.Office
- Programming with C/C would be a plus
- Knowledge in LINUX, Matlab would be a plus
- High proficiency in Englisch as well as German, both written and spoken
