Senior Associate (m/f/d)
Your Duties:
-In silico design of genetic elements and barcoded libraries using software tools
-Develop, maintain and optimize DNA cloning technologies with focus on high content DNA libraries
-Develop, maintain and optimize NGS library preparations and coordination of NGS runs with internal and external partner
-Presentation and discussion of achieved results in department meetings
-Documentation of results
-Support of temporary workers / interns / apprentices
Your Qualifications:
-Scientific studies (Master of Science level or PhD level) alternatively, the position can be staffed with an incumbent with a scientific Master degree or PhD with relevant professional experience in AAV vectors and Gene Therapy several years of experience in DNA design, cloning and sequencing required
-Good IT-Skills (MS Office, department-specific applications, Phyton or R)
-Verry good English skills (write/read and speak)
-German Skills are nice to have
