Aufgaben

- Our client, a distinguished leader in the FMCG sector, is currently undergoing expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager (m/f/d) to join the organization at the earliest opportunity.

Your Duties:

- Develop and implement global brand strategies
- Manage and oversee brand positioning across target markets
- Design and launch customer-focused product innovations
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
- Plan and execute global communication campaigns
- Leverage traditional and digital channels such as TV, PR, SEA, SEO, and social media
- Develop and support go-to-market strategies and market entry concepts
- Lead and develop a team of 1-2 brand managers
- Take responsibility for managing the global marketing budget

Your Qualifications:

- Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
- Proven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiaries
- Strong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven tools
- Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset
