Aufgaben

Your Duties:

- You are assisting the IN Sales team and act as a Personal Assistant for VP Sales
- You take over tasks in our CRM tool
- You are responsible for updating/changing data on our intranet web pages
- You create announcements/memos in English language and upload them
- You are responsible for the monthly download of data in the Qlik sense tool and for creating delivery reliability & backlog reports, and for sending them to the customer
- You are responsible to book business trips, and to do the expenses afterwards
- You organise customer visits & workshops
- You are responsible for the time management in SAP & for the management of security regulations & training
- You organise and support in the process of on- & offboarding of employees
- You are responsible for the inventory & distribution lists

Your Qualifications:

- You have successfully completed commercial training, e.g. training as a legal assistant or notary assistant, and ideally have minimum of 3 years of professional experience in assistance
- You are characterized by a high sense of responsibility as well as discretion and loyalty
- As an organizational talent, you have an independent, careful and structured way of working
- Good written and spoken English skills are a must
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge handling web pages
- Ability to take records, summarize notes from meetings
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
