For our client in the aerospace industry, we are looking for motivated candidates for the following position in Hamburg-Finkenwerder Germany with immediate effect:

A320 Family - Transformation Leader (d/f/m) Ref. 10315979

job description:

- Improvement of cross FAL SA processes/Methods/Tools to reach more efficiency and conformity. For instance Digital Design Manufacturing and Services (DDMS) for SA (LeanPLM), Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) transformation
- Lead improvement projects across the FAL SA in order to increase efficiency
- Ability to build a living network and demonstrate implementation will pave your success
- Long term perspective: Act as a central point of contact sharing expertise with the people in the Single Aisle ME/Shopfloor community

personal requirements:

- Very good communication and negotiation skills
- A curious person, eager to learn and motivated by multi-cultural and multi-functional collaborations
- Dynamism and ability to work collaboratively, adapt to a variety of maturities, with a positive mindset to overcome difficulties and onboard other stakeholders
- Willigness to travel for business (1-2x pro month to Toulouse for 1/2 days)

education / studies:

- Engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or
- Aerospace (at least a Master's or Diploma degree) or
- Industrial Engineering (at least a Master's or Diploma degree)

professional experience:

- Manufacturing Engineering at least over 5 years
- Projektmanagement at least over 5 years
- Knowledge of each detail of the ME/shopfloor processes is required

IT:

- MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions

language skills:

- Englisch at least business fluent
- German and/or French are an advantage
